Villa Ameeya1 offers one main building with 2 bedrooms, an enclosed living space with fully equipped kitchen and kitchen island, big dining table and cozy living room. Just across the pool, there is a separate stand-alone building with the master bedroom, ideal for guests seeking a bit more seclusion.
The big swimming pool with 3 sun loungers on the big patio is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing surrounded by greenery.
All bedrooms have AC and ensuite bathrooms with hot showers. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and preparing meals, such as fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker, water kettle, microwave, basic cooking utensils.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the villa also offers a cozy living room with sunken sofa and smart TV, free wifi, washing machine, free parking for 2 scooters or 1 car, and cleaning and concierge services for booking tours, activities, spa and popular restaurants.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Sixty percent (60,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
